Returns

All sales are final. As a small, independent business, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email hello@mauns.ch within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund it and cover return shipping. For any other accepted return, the customer pays return shipping and refunds are issued once we have received and inspected the item.
